    I recently purchased a washing machine from PREOWNED PRO, ** ********** *** **** ********* ***, and I cannot recommend this store highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Bobby, the owner, and his assistant went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed.
    Their *************** *** knowledge are commendable, but what truly sets them apart is that they are 'down-to-earth', patient, kind, and genuinely cared. They took the time to explain all the features of the washing machine and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I was expecting curbside drop-off, but they delivered my new machine, set it up, and gave me some tips for its use and care (I have never owned a front load washer before, only top loads). In addition, they replaced the defective washer hoses at no extra cost. More than all, I was beyond grateful that they removed and disposed of the old washer for me.
    I felt comfortable, valued and appreciated as a customer, which is rare to find these days.
    The quality of the appliance I purchased is fantastic, it looks new and the pricing was very fair. It's clear that PREOWNED PRO stands behind their products and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
    If you're looking for excellent service, high-quality appliances, and a trustworthy business, PREOWNED PRO is the place to go. I'll definitely be returning for any future appliance needs. Thank you, Bobby and team, for your outstanding service!
