  **** ***** ** ***** ******* They charged me for a full package laser treatment that I was not aware of. When I brought it up to them they declined a refund due to their policy contract which I did not even sign!! No one responded back to me by phone/email to resolve this issue. ***** ******** **** *****

  I visited Laserbody MD's Hamilton Locke Street location twice but never received any services. On November 23, 2024, a customer representative charged me for a future ********* Brow Lift. After changing my mind, they ****** ***** *********** *** refused to refund or cancel the charge. On November 30, 2024, I returned to request a refund, but instead, I was convinced to sign a loan agreement for a *** Hair Treatment, as I had inquired about transferring my initial payment to this new service. Although they were positive that the first payment would be transferred before I signed the loan, their attitude changed immediately, and after I signed, they stated it couldn’t be refunded or transferred. After two months, ****’s legal team successfully processed a chargeback for the first amount. However, LaserBodyMD continued to ****** me with repeated calls, emails, and threats to send me to collections for the refunded amount, ignoring my requests to communicate through my paralegal. I signed the loan agreement via DocuSign, but never received or signed a separate service agreement. Days after my paralegal sent an official cancellation request letter for the loan, both LaserBody MD and ******** (the loan provider) provided me with a ********** "Service Agreement" that I had never seen or signed before, containing my signature, which had been unlawfully copied from another document. The ******** ** ****** ******** *********** *** ******** ********* **** * **** *** ***** ***** ** ****** *** **** ********* ***** *** ******** ********** *** ***** ** I never received a legitimate service agreement. LaserBodyMD’s ********* sales tactics, misrepresentation of agreements, *** ********** are concerning *** *********. Despite legal action already commenced from my side through my paralegal, and proceeding to court, they continue to damage my credit score *** ****** *** * ******** **** ********* ******* ** ***** **** ******** *** * **** ** ********** ****** ** * ******* ** *******

  ** *** ***** ** * ********** ******** They claim with membership you get preferred prices but had a friend go in and get a better price with a one off tx. Also they claim " free" choice of complimentary tx quarterly but if you add the costs of the tx's vs membership cost it's not at all beneficial it just forces you to go to a tx you otherwise wouldn't bother with.I decided to terminate my membership and they claimed I'd still have to keep paying for the quarter (2 months) payments even though I wouldn't be getting my " free " tx or any tx's for that matter. A tx I got was supposed to include a follow up to compare results but that never happened and when questioned when it would the manager had no idea when they could book it but instead tried to upsell me more of the tx before they could confirm the initial one did anything!!!!! It's quite a shame because the technician/nurses are so nice and good at their jobs but management is less than par. I would also advise you don't use separate cards to pay for products and tx's because they will randomly choose different ones to charge at different times and don't keep track of which one they are suppose to charge then make you feel like it's your fault they charged the wrong card

  Hi ***, As per the membership agreement you signed the membership is for 1 year unless cancelled in the first 90 days which we feel is a very generous cancellation period. There are many perks to choose from and they have different values. Microneedling is valued at $400/treatment which means it would be $1600 for 4 which far outweighs the cost of the membership alone without all the other great perks. In March, you actually inquired regarding additional treatments and at your request we set up a meeting for you to discuss since you wanted to take advantage of the 90 day deferred financing program. We are very sorry you are now unhappy *** however the membership gave you great discounts and the perks you chose to use are valued at $548/treatment which means you received $2,192 in services free and $1200 in discount for your treatments. I would definitely say you made great use out of the membership :)

  I do not recommend this place if you are looking for an appt any less than a month out.  I initially went in Feb 14 via appt just to get a sales pitch, I knew I needed maintenance done and wanted a place closer to my new home. Its all pretty and smiles at first glance , however from the moment I committed to a payment plan it all went downhill. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE- you'll just be out of money and without treatment for months. I've tried asking for a refund- apparently this does not exist . ** **** * ** ****** ** **** *******  1) After my Feb 14th initial appt Apparently I needed to come back for a test patch - this wasn't even scheduled into the initial consult/sales pitch time- this was available nice and quick in the afternoon 2) It's only after signing,and test patch do they talk to you about booking your first appt... lets just say that hasn't happened yet. Initially they told me March 29 (1.5 months out) , of course a week later Feb 21 they realized it was Easter and their next EARLIEST appt was APRIL 11. I'm in a situation now where I'm locked in for 8 treatments over $2k out and can't even get an appt . There's no way I could know my work schedule in advance over a month, by March25 I knew I had to reschedule, but nothing was available once again, and if I wanted a slot outside of work hours I was looking to wait even longer.

  **** ******* ** *** ***** ****** * **** **** ********* First you are given a "consultation" but really they put you in a room with a pushy salesperson that attempts to unload "packages" in order to secure herself a hefty commission. Then there are no refunds on her "buy now or lose you deal prices" packages. In my initial meeting I explained to Denise, the sales lady, that I have a rare medical condition that has left scarring on my body. Right away she recommended that I need ******, a treatment that I was unaware of. I told her that there is a chance I may not be a candidate for it and would have to look into it further and asked if it was ok if I got back to her. She said "no, if you don't purchase the ****** package today then you lose the deal I am offering you". She said "you can purchase today and follow up with me if you can't do it". It was never mentioned that they do not refund. If anything I was led to believe the opposite. It turns out that the ****** could potentially cause more problems for me and when I contacted the clinic to cancel my package they refused. **** ***** ** * ***** No reputable clinic puts you in a room with a salesperson then refuses to refund. Every other clinic you have consultations with doctors or technicians and pay service to service. ** *** ** *****  My hair removal treatment was sloppy done, not systematic at all and rushed. I regret ever coming to this clinic, my entire experience has been a nightmare in every way!!

  This company Laser Body MD took a deposit for treatments back just before Covid hit which no treatment/service was given. Of course Laser Body was closed due to Covid restrictions. As the time past I had lost my job and also things had changed and I didn’t want to go ahead with the treatments. When I was called about booking I told them I didn’t want continue and I said I knew I would lose my deposit but I didn’t want the treatments. Then I started getting letters saying I owed money again I said I didn’t want to have the treatments. For probably 2 years I didn’t hear anything but now I’m trying to get a mortgage and my broker told me there is a credit on my record from this company. *** ******** **** now I might not be able to get my mortgage because of a service that was never provided to me. How are they able to take a hold of someone’s credit like this.   Hi ********, after your initial deposit in 2020, you never completed the payment of your remaining balance. We attempted to contact you 11 times to help resolve your account as we were only closed for a very short time during Covid and it was not during this time period. In March of 2021 we tried again offering solutions to help you move forward because we truly did not want you to have to move to collection so this exact situation could be avoided, We would much rather have happy clients :) Unfortunately, still remaining unresponsive we had to move forward in December of 2021. We are still here and despite that we would love to find a way to help. Please feel free to reach out to us.
