      Tforce delivered my package to the wrong address as proven by the photo they attached to the email they sent me when I inquired about my package. They are now telling me to ask the store I bought it from for a refund when the mistake is completely their fault. Why are they now making this my problem when they are the ones who made the mistake? I doubt the company I bought from will refund my money for a mistake that another company has made.

      I ordered over $2,500 worth of doors that were never delivered. The tracking number shows they were delivered but as of today 2/21/2023, I cannot get any information where the doors were delivered because they were not delivered to my house. Repeated calls are met with a "supervisor" telling me they are the last point of contact and they need more time - yet no one can tell me where this was delivered, when, date, time, proof, picture, nothing except they need more time. **** ** *************  The original source, **** *****, is being told they were delivered by this company but nothing further except they need more time. I want my doors or a refund asap.       A Tforce ******** *** ****** ****** ** ******* ** **** **** **** *** ********** *** are refusing to compensate me for it or communicate further.
      I have proof as I was sent an image of the wrong address in the proof of delivery,
      24 hours later a different customer service rep advises me that the package was delivered, with no further information or explanation of the previous email and have ignored all communications since.
      I asked them to simply either: a) locate my package or b) compensate me for the delivery of my package to the wrong address - again, the proof of this mistake on their part was emailed to me initially.
      - ******** *********************** sent me proof of the error on Feb 14, 2023, 2:38 p.m EST.
      - The next email was from ******************** who tried to pretend the previous email wasn't sent and claimed it was actually suddenly delivered to the right address, despite the image.
      - ******** ***** *********** ********* ** ** ******** **** **** ******** *** ********* ** ** ******* ** ** ***** *** ********* * **** **** ********* * **** the image attached as 'proof' of delivery is NOT of my address or any addresses nearby.

      This business has ********* failed to deliver my package for the last 4 weeks. The specific office responsible for the problem is is Calgary and is their local Tforce Final Mile office. Since the 28th of December, their system has been claiming over and over again that the package is expected by a certain time on a certain date. That time will come and go with no attempt whatsoever to contact me through the call box in the complex or my personal number (both if which have been provided numerous times).       I ordered a fireplace from ********* that was to be delivered by Tforce on 12/19. The tracking said it was delivered to my address on 12/13, it was not. I reached out to **** ***** who attempted to get answers and was unable to locate the package. They graciously offered to ship another at their expense. This was ordered on 12/23, the tracking said delivery was to be expected on 1/20. I checked the tracking yesterday and it says delivered to me (again nothing) on 1/2. I have not received any package! They cannot tell me when I called if THEY delivered or were transferring to another courier for delivery, they will "call me back with an update" they never followed up after they lost the first package. So at this point this company has lost TWO 167 lb fireplaces and cannot tell me any information. **** *** *** ****** ******** ******* ** **** ****
