      I got work done from him , job was suppose to take 20 days max he extended the job month and half and without finishing the job always kept asking for money which I gave him 80% of the amount we agreed on in the end he didn’t want to finish the work until we pay him full *** *** **** ****** *******

      **** ********** ** * *** ******* Azam is the front face of the business, his wife is the owner. You will never see his wife in any transactions. Azam started my basement renovation project and was impressive the first week of the work. He then started playing his game of promising and not coming to the job. The day he would come, he will do some work and then ask for money. After he gets the money he would disappear for weeks! Eventually he took 90% of the money and barely did 50% of the job! I took both ****** to the small claims court. By the way they’ve been to the small claims court many times and know how to play the game. Court found him liable for damages! We settled on a amount. They paid a few payments and then stopped paying. I got so frustrated with the running around that i gave up on them! Lessons learned* * ** *** **** ** ***** ********* ***** ** ******** **** **** ********** * ** *** *** ******* ***** **** ***** ***** *** **** ** ***** Always pay with bank draft, make sure you take the copy of the bank draft and also take a picture of it. - Always make Azam Khan sign a document of the date and amount he was paid and the reason for the payment. - Only pay for approximate amount if work they have done. Have a friend ir relative help you if not sure. - Take picture of the project at every stage - save with dates. ***** ** *** ***** **** ** *** ****** *** ** *** ** *** ******** **** **** *********** Good luck!
