  *** **** * **** * My complaints started the first month ! This company had ******** pour and grade my entire back yard so ALL the water slopes toward my house . POOLS of water . My entire foot gets buried in the water that’s how high the water comes up . Now it has caused damage in my basement . It happened immediately after the concrete was poured . They only came out to investigate the next summer and blamed it on the land sinking ?!!!! My weeping tile ( which is new ) blamed it on my contractor . It will cost them alot of much money to have to dig up all the concrete and repour . I read reviews and most of it is the same . They *** ** ******** blaming the poor workmanship on salt , land sinking , all kinds of stuff so they don’t repair it . * **** ****** ***** **** ************** ******* ********* * ********** *

  I just read the review and want to tell you that ******* **** ** * ******** ** ********* is not our customer. She is a customer of **** ******* ***********. ***** ***** from **** ******* *********** contracted this job with ******* around July 2018 and sub-contracted it out to our company Solocrete General Contracting Ltd. to do the concrete only. We did not provide any grading services for her project. We only provided and poured the concrete. ***** ***** of **** did not pay us for the job upon completion, therefore, his account is currently in arrears with us. Solocrete has never had a contract with *******. We cannot warranty this job because we do not have a contract with ******* and we did not get paid for her job. ******* contacted our office last year and we told her the situation. ******* and ourselves were deceived by ***** ***** from **** ******* *********** and I am surprised that ******* is coming after us having known all of the details concerning this issue. * ** ************ **** *** ******** ** ***** **** ****** ** ****** ** *** ******** * ***** **** **** ***** ** ************* **** *** ********* ** **** **** **** *****

  This company is trying to put the blame onto salt damage and it is not what the problem is we got snow the snow melted then it froze and the finish layer of concrete lifted plus my front patio cracked in quite a few places and this all happened in less than one year.

  This issue was addressed extensively with the home owner, Solocretes owner and the concrete supplier; *****************.
  After viewing the pitting on the driveway, John (Solocretes' owner) determined that the pitting was caused by salt damage and this was re-confirmed by Tony from *****************.
  All other concrete area's we installed not located near the driveway were fine. No pitting was present.
  As for the front patio cracks, this is the first time that this issue has been brought to our attention.

  Just to let you know the cracking of the concrete on the front patio was mentioned to john from solocrete on our first meeting and if you look at my concrete there are two different shades of mix, also do you think the supplier of the concrete is going to tell me they gave me a inferior mix of course not ,I have been told by people that they what they call milked the concrete to bring the fines to the top and trap water underneath. Plus where most of the damage is Cars do not even park there and they are trying to tell me it is salt damage when I know it is not.it is just a bad mix of concrete but nobody will admit to it.
