    Extremely disappointed with the products. I ordered over $120 of what I thought would be pure essential oils- I even emailed to confirm this ahead of time, and was told they were- only to get perfumy poor quality knock offs. The vanilla smelled like baby powder, the sweet birch gave me an instant headache, and the others were simply cheap and did not diffuse well at all. I've emailed them about my disappointment, and nothing is being done, and they have stopped replying.

    I started purchasing from Botanical Planet in 2020, and have had a great experience. I use their products in my steam room at home and the steam room at our local ****. T** **** ** *** * **** *** *** ********* **** * **** *** I've expanded my experiences from Eucalyptus to a wide variety of new oils. I love that they have specials, and it's a great way to find new products. Good People, Good Products, Good Service. ***** *******

    I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with Botanic Planet Canada Inc. I purchased a single bottle of essential oils thinking it would be pure essential oils. * ****** **** ***** ** *** ********** ***** ** *** *****. I spent $108.54 on a small 100ml bottle of « vanilla essentiel oil ». If it was pure of course it would’ve costed much more. I opened it up and was horrified by the horrid toxic smell. It made me feel sick for hours and wouldn’t wash off. After looking at their return policy it doesn’t look like I will be able to get a refund. * ** ********** ********* *** ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** *******
