    We had a terrible experience with Fix Auto, the owners Brian and *** **** Tina, handled our insurance situation ********* ************** *** **** **** ** ** **** ********* ** ****** ** **** ******** **** ** ***** *** **** ******** **** ****  To start, we had a ***** driver hit the front left tire/bumper of our vehicle while parked and no one inside. Insurance sent us over to Fix Auto where they took our car in to fix the minor marks on the front bumper and order a new tire. **** ******* ********* **** they called us telling us that our break line was broken and leaked all over their shop and they could no longer have our vehicle inside the shop and they can no longer help us as we were "destroying" their shop. The owner Brian also proceeded to tell us that he has his Mechanic license and was once a Mechanic and went under the vehicle and it was for sure "wear and tear."
    When we brought our vehicle to the shop, it was fully driveable and was NOT leaking fluid on our driveway, we also drove all the way to the shop with zero issues. We received 3 update calls from Fix Auto before the break line call. The amount of fluid leaked at their shop was the ENTIRE amount of break fluid. We proceed to explain that this couldn't have happened from us and must have been from the bumper removal or whatever happened in their shop. Long story short, insurance sent the car to be inspected somewhere else and they had found our break line to have a large slice in it, confidently confirming it happened at Fix Auto.
    During this process Fix Auto treated us with the most disrespect ********** ** **** ** ***** ******* ******* *** *** ******** ** ****** ***** ************** ********** ** *** *** * ***** **** ******** ** ** ***** **** ** ** **** ***** **** ** *** ************ ** **** ********* **** *** **** ***** ****** **** *** **** ****** ** **** ***** *** ***** ******* ***** **********  I would never recommend this buisness ** ****** ***** **** ** **** **** ********
