I called Chris being new to the north and not knowing too much about wood stoves. He guided me through each process with ease and kindness. He gave me a list of what to buy and its prices and where to buy it, it was such an easy process. He came back to install and showed me everything he was doing. Chris came out to our cottage and it is a long way off the beaten path. He checked our stove and told us all what we had to do to get the wett certificate and was very thorough in his instructions and even took the time to draw out how to do all changes. He also had lots of really good suggestions how to make things easier so we didnt have to learn by mistakes. He explained why we had to do the changes so we understood the reasoning behind them. He is a very nice gentleman to work with. We now can sleep and not worry about fire and we have our insurance too. *** & ******Chris Wood Heat Services

Chris is a smart and knowledgeable business man. He knows what to look for and how to resolve any issues. We had to replace a wood stove that was older and did not meet his and our standards.He was helpful and had the answers for anything we did not understand.After one winter with the new wood stove we were very comfortable in our home and felt 100% safe. I can confidently say he did a great job in finding us a proper stove and helping us install it and certify it.
