    I am absolutely DISGUSTED at the rudeness in communication with this seller. I was willing to drive an hour each way to their location for a $225 item (most of their items are only a few dollars - it's a liquidation business). I had questions about the item prior to making the drive. They blamed me for the fact that they get over 500 messages/day on ******** Marketplace and only have 3 people to answer those inquiries. (Why list on a social media platform if you can't handle the business?). They told me I should have done my research on the internet PRIOR to contacting them, and wouldn't even take a look at the box for me to tell me what's included. They just proceeded to tell me I had too many questions. I am a positive person and have NEVER done a review on BBB but this had me so incredibly mind-blown that I felt others should know. This is no way to treat the people who want to spend money in your location - and - I'm willing to bet there are a lot of 'cash deals' happening that don't get reported. They might be wise to consider not biting the hand that feeds them as they are getting ready to expand next week into a wholesale business (May 2023). I have screen captures of the entire conversation if you don't believe me - as it just flabbergasted me that someone would be so incredibly rude when owning a business. I even gave it a few hours after the first conversation and tried to approach them again (and politely) but was STILL met with rudeness. It took them longer to write their responses to tell me they weren't going to help - than it would have to just take a photo of a box and send it to me. Unbelievably unprofessional.
