    For all the parents out there. I never do this but this time I must and here is why.. We put a deposit for my daughter’s birthday party to Barrie location@ XPLAY Amusements. It had supposed to be spending of upwards $400 for 1.45 hr party for 12 kids. Unfortunately, 3 days before the party Ava got sick with a viral infection. I called X play and tried to reschedule the party. Not only that I was not able to reschedule they have claimed that they have to now keep $100 deposit as they were inconvenient (I.e time slot booked and they had already ordered the pizzas). When I asked if I can call and reschedule the pizza for them until we are able to have the party they said no. We were not able to talk to the manager. I sent them email and got no response. Shame on you x play. It is not about money here but more about principle. You Gouge on hard working parents. Instead of being grateful that we didn’t bring a sick child to spread the virus you had basically take money for nothing from us and many other parents in similar situation. So now is instead of having a sale of more than $400/year from us they keep the $100 and lost loyal customer…
