I purchased the Napoleon Nexus 56 Fire Table on November 10, 2023. That was over a year and a half ago, and to this day — after multiple replacements, countless support calls, and emails — I still do not have a working table. This isn’t a **** ** ******* ******* ** * one-off defect. This is a systemic failure in product quality control, customer service, and corporate accountability. ?? The Timeline of Disappointment Initial Table Arrives ? Non-functional. Multiple troubleshooting attempts fail. Replacement Table Sent ? Also defective. Yes, a second brand-new unit that didn’t work. Ongoing Correspondence ? Dozens of emails, long wait times, promises made, zero results. Today ? No refund. No working product. No explanation. No accountability. ?? The Warranty Is a Mirage Napoleon proudly touts its warranty program and commitment to quality — *** ***** ** ******* In my experience, their warranty support is little more than a PR illusion. It exists in marketing materials, but when you actually need help, ****** encounter a black hole of bureaucracy, stalling, and silence. ** ***** ***** ***** **** *** **** ******* ** ****** *********** * ******** **** ***** ******* ** *** ***** **** ** ********* ****** ****** ***** ****** ***** *** ** ********* * and support ends the moment your credit card is charged. This has been the single worst product experience I’ve ever had. I trusted the brand. I trusted their warranty. I was patient. I was fair. And I got absolutely nothing in return.

    Purchased air conditioning unit from Napoleon in 2016 with 10 year warranty for all parts and labor. This year in beginning of June our unit was not working and freezing up. We had service come 3 times. First time they charged us $250 for labor saying it was not covered. This is contrary from what our contract states. Then they still have not fixed it, and the third time realized coil needed replacement. Now they have still not fixed it, and are claiming not under warranty and that we no longer have an agreement. We have our contract, and clearly states what we are entitled too. During this high heat in Barrie, I have no a/c in my house. It has gone up to 29 to 30 degrees Celsius. * **** ***** ***** *** *** ******** ***** ****** ** *** ******* **** *** I have called numerous times to please just fix it, we will pay and settle later regarding our rights to our contract agreement. They are not giving us a concrete reply and we no longer can deal with them, They have breached their contract and we are looking into legal action.
