I contacted them in ********************************* *******, *******. It was a new build and this is required prior to the installation of wiring and plumbing. I did not want to select a furnace at this point as we were not certain if we should get a heat pump or simply use propane. We had other prices from another company in ******** and the cost for ductwork which was $6500.00 installed.As a result after inspections by two other companies -- both indicated that Bruce Mechanical over charged me significantly for work which was not done -- over $11,000.00. I was told to contact Bruce Mechanical and request this work be completed. Bruce Mechanical refused to complete the work. Bruce Mechanical could not install the ductwork on time, resulting in extreme delays, so I wasn't going to get them to install a furnace. I feel discriminated against and was unjustly charged. If they can't do the work, they should provide all the materials required for the ductwork as this was paid for in full - including the installation.

Dear Customer You did contract us to do a complete system in 2022 and then canceled halfway through, siting an indecision on what equipment you wanted installed. We subsequently quoted two options to complete the work, neither of which you accepted, so we billed you for only the time and materials used to date at our published labour rate. Then you contact us many months later to see if we would install a furnace we didn't supply. And at a time when we have taken on other work and are unavailable to complete your new job until December 2023 at the earliest. I'm sorry we can't help you at this time; However, you have mentioned other companies several times, maybe one of them can help you out in your situation.Sincerely,Bruce ****** ********** *********************
