    I am totally dissatisfied with the job Trustone Paving did on June29, 2023 at my home in *******. They removed the old asphalt and paved the ground underneath. When I asked about applying a base first, the owner, *********************** said it did not require it.. ********************************* not be his real name. Now, when it rains, a great deal of water pools in front of my shed and floods the end of my driveway. I, also, now have soft areas that have sunk. I called several times and left messages with the person answering the phone but got no response back. Their website is gone and their phone is not in service. They guaranteed a five year warranty. Shame on them for scamming a senior. I have had the driveway inspected and now it needs to be replaced. **********************

    They came around neighbourhood to get additional driveway jobs. Gave good price to tear up old asphalt, prepare, level and apply new asphalt . They wanted cash payment. Nice job when finished, but there were soft areas that have sunk and cracked. The warranty is worthless. Their website is gone and their phone not in service.

    The fresh pavement is all scratched and damaged by the roller operator. Ive made 5 phone calls to their 800 number and left messages but Ive not heard back. To add insult to injury they dumped all of the garbage into the ditch in front of the empty lot next door. But we also own that lot. Fly by night operators. Beware, find another contractor. They look legit from their online presence but theyre not.

    Truststone was in my neighbourhood paving residential driveways. We hired them to replace an aging asphalt driveway. Some interlock needed to be removed and the crew stacked the blocks neatly next to backyard shed. Work was completed efficiently in half day. Came back following day to clean up edges and remove some debris. Very satisfied
