  Was quoted $300 a footing/post for 6 posts total. Was told I needed 6 to meet proper spacing requirements for code. Agreed to pay half upfront and half when completed.Paid $900 upfront to secure my spot and waited for them to come start. They delayed their start time multiple times which ended up being almost 2 months. When they finally did show up it was a few guys woth shovels and a wheel ******. Instead of doing minimal damage to the deck to install the new footings they cut it to pieces with a chainsaw. Instead of using a post hole auger to did the holes they did it by hand woth shovels. They didn't dig down nearly deep enough, used footing size meant for 4x4 instead of 6x6 as quoted.At the end of the day they installed 5 footings, instead of the 6 I paid for. When I asked about it they dismissed it and basically said "that's how it is". Made a big mess all over my driveway with concrete thatbwas spilled all over and never washed off. They said they'd be in contact in the next week or so to come back to install the posts.Days turned to Weeks and turned to months of trying to contact them. I'd get excuses as to why stuff was delayed, have promises of them coming and then the day would pass with no one showing up. My patience was running out and I think the contractor could tell and they tried a last ditch effort to make some money and promised to show up the following week if I paid them the remaining balance up front. They missed thr last 3 scheduled days so why would I "Trust" that they would show up this time.I told them to kick rocks and to not bother coming back. Finished the deck myself, had to rebuild the whole thing due to their trigger happy chainsaw *******..Quality of work 3/10 Punctuality 1/10 Communication 1/10 Cleanliness 2/10

  Scam artists qoute for a fence and destroyed my property and left mess and never put fence up asking for more money but didn't get anything done not happy

  Hand written invoice as a quote should have been my first clue to not do business with this company. I asked for a detailed written quote, with everything that was to be done, and got another hand written invoice, with pressure that they needed the 30% deposit right away to hold my spot. I paid in May and job was supposed to be done mid June. They ghosted me until July, and I had to constantly reach out to him . I got confirmation in writing of the work to be done. The crew that showed up late August did a great job. But ***** wanted to charge me for 2 extra posts, and threatened work stoppage if I didn't pay up front. All of the documents clearly state that the swing gate included the 2 posts. I paid everything on the invoice. They left threatening me and calling me names. All of this could have been avoided with a properly quoted estimate, and better communication. I ended up paying them for an extra post, even though I didn't have to.

  This business is a sham. I've waited going on five months for work to be done.Someone came a destroyed my front deck and left it in unsafe condition.Pictures and documents are available.I can't leave the star rating blank so I have to leave a one star rate.
