    I registered my son for the Ajax Soccer Club in April/May of 2022. Leading up to the start date (the first week of June) the league stated to BEG parents to be the coaches as they didn't have enough staff to run the league. Up until the first week of the league starting they were still begging parents to become coaches. I signed my son up to learn to play soccer. I am not a soccer coach so I asked if I could get a refund since they were very VERY UNORGANIZED. They also had a delay in uniforms and those also were not ready for the start of the league. So what was I paying for?!!! I was assured by the Executive Director that I could absolutely get a refund and that they issue them 30 days after the league started. I have the email and I also confirmed that I would be getting one. It has now been 6 weeks and I have reached out to her again with NO RESPONSE. I really have to wonder if I will ever get my money back. They took my payment in seconds and now it's taking weeks to get my money back. Im getting no response when I send an email and I'm highly annoyed and disappointed that in this day and age a business that deals primarily with families would conduct themselves like this.
