      Cody and Dave did an excellent job renovating my bathroom. Lots of stairs in my house and they managed to do the job without damaging anything. I changed my bathtub to just a shower. They cleaned up after the job was complete.

      This company needs to seriously take a look at their ethics.
      *** *** * ****** ** *** *** *** ** *** ****** **** *** ** *** ***** ** ** **** **** ***** **** * ***** ******* **** ****** **** **** ** ***** ***** ** ***. My sales person and initial contact at my home was exemplary and so I stayed.
      The communication skills of the staff is combative *** ****** **** ** ********* ******* **** **** *** **** **** *** **** ***** **** ***** ******** ********* ** ** ***** ******* **** ********.
      Overall, I am saddened that organizations like **** ***** host the because the real ratings are here - many unsatisfied customers, many customer paying premium compared to the competitive industry to be insulted, **** ** *** ****** of their hard earned money and emotional peace.
      Never again, nare a recommendation on a mission to warn others of the trap and inevitable disappointment.

      I really don't know what to say about this company, other than their customer service is horrendous. Their product is good and their installers are amazing, but trying to get an installation date, and having items fixed that they have measured wrong, and even sending the installers with a door that didn't fit, doesn't fit my idea of good customer service. They try and wrangle their way out of everything. They make excuses for late deliveries, late production, parts missing, badly measured items, salespeople giving out wrong information, nothing is their fault. If you don't mind rearranging your life for them, then go ahead and use them. And of course, even though they screw up and you don't have your product, they want their installments right away. I'm honestly surprised they have been in business this long.
