Refund and Exchange Policy

Sissiboo Home Hardware Building Centre makes every effort to stock the products you need. Whatever we don't have in stock, we will be more than happy to special order for you whenever possible. If any item fails to please, please note the following return policies:

Catalogue Item Returns
We will gladly accept any regularily stocked catalogue merchandise, regardless of where purchased, for refund, or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the product to us in its original condition accompanied by the bill of sale.

Store Item Returns
We will gladly accept any regularily stocked store merchandise for refund, or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the product to us in its original condition accompanied by the bill of sale.

Special Order Item Returns
We will gladly order special items with payment of a 20% non-refundable deposit (required at time of order). There are "No Returns" on special orders and/or non-stock items.

"No Hassle" Returns on Regular Stocked Items
We will accept any regularly stocked store merchandise without bill of sale for an exchange or a refund on a Home Gift Card. Simply return the product to us in its original condition.
(A 15% restocking charge will apply or you will be refunded the last promo price.)
Amendment
As of April 1, 2009, all major credit card purchases require the original receipt to obtain a refund.
