      The part showed that it was in stock. 10 days later still showing in stock but not shipped. Email to customer service went unanswered. Call the customer service line, you cannot speak to a person, its a default message that says no agents are available to take your call. So I thought, 'hey what If I call they sales line, I bet they will answer there to take my money immediately' and sure enough enough an agent answered immediately. The guy acknowledged that people call the sales line because of the default 'no agent available' pre-recorded message. The greedy folks will prioritize new sales instead of servicing existing customer with issues. After checking with the warehouse I was told they didn't have the part and was told that they would contact the manufacturer, no commitment to get back to me about it. My whole issue here is that they took my money, and if I did not think outside the box to contact sales, my order would have sit in their cue perpetually, with no reply from their customer service email and no attempt to contact me to tell me there was an issue. They will take your money and hope that you reach out to them if there is an issue, and then make it such that you cannot reach them to speak to a human being. This is a dishonest and poor business practice. This is a greedy and dishonest company that does not value their customers. Maybe they have your part in stock and everything goes smoothly for you, but if you have any issues you are SOL. Terrible supplier I will never use them again. I cancelled my order, lets see how long it takes them to refund me.........

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. Your order was placed July 12th 2024 after our shipping cut off time to ship that Friday. The order shipped on Monday July 15th 2024 with Canada post tracking number 4000107738710725 and was delivered on July 18th 2024 Delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox Winnipeg, MB. The order was attempted to be cancelled on July 22nd 2024 after the order was delivered. A return was set up on July 24th 2024 and the information emailed if you wish to return the item for a refund.

      I purchased parts with 3 day shipping. I received a package 11 days later that was opened and missing most of the parts. After several attempts and no response from the company. I posted a 1 star review online and got a response that I would get a refund for the parts I didn't received. My refund was for 1/3 of the cost of the missing parts. And the company will not response at all.

      I ordered pantry ends and a pantry lid . Only received the pantry ends . They will not communicate back to me !!!!!! Very poor communication , they are happy to take your money but brutal at looking after your order.

      I ordered a replacement for the ceramic bowl of my slow cooker. It was back ordered and I waited a month for it to ship out. When I received it, the glazing was uneven and scratched inside which is not food-safe. I filled out the form online and heard nothing. Emailed them, and they asked me to send photos at a different email. I sent the photos (jpeg) and they asked me to resend as an attachment, which I had done. But I resent again… nothing. Followed up again - same thing as before. Request for me to send photos, which I attached. They said they can’t open, can I send as an attachment. I resent the photos. And then… nothing. I’m not sure this company is legitimate and I would like a refund for the part that arrived damaged.

We ask that you hold onto your damaged part for 30 days in case we need the part back for inspection (we would send you prepaid return labels if we do need it back). If, after 30 days, you still have not received prepaid return shipping labels via email, you can feel free to discard the part You will see a refund for your order back on your credit card in 3-5 business days.

      Ordered a replacement shelf piece for my refrigerator on 4/28; website promotes next day shipping, and almost a month later without so much as an update. At this point, quite honestly, I'd just take a refund. At least provide updates so I'm not sitting here wondering when I'll have fridge back in its full capacity.

      Checking on your order the items ordered are not stocked items. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Currently the items have not shipped to us from the manufacturer. We have cancelled your order and you will see a refund for $142.08 back on your credit card in 2-3 business days

      It took them 3 weeks to figure out a part I ordered was not longer being made. They gave me a full refund, but I went without my oven for 3 weeks because I trusted them. I do lots of appliance repair and have never had this problem.

Checking on your order the item was a special-order item we had to place an order with the manufacture this process can take 10-15 business days. The manufacturer then advised us the item is no longer available and the order was cancelled and refunded.

      I ordered two glass shelves for my ** refrigerator on 4/17/24. Order ********. I received a small 12”x9”x6” box on 4/24/24 delivered by ****. I wondered what could be in it since both shelves I ordered were much larger than that box. I opened it to find a carefully bubble wrapped piece of metal the broken glass attached to it. I recognized it as the end piece of the shelf. That is all that was in the box-not even the rest of the broken shelf. This was purposefully sent-it was bubble wrapped and not even in the right sized box for the complete shelf assembly. Customer Service kept insisting that it was broken in transit even though I told him the box was too small to have held the whole shelf. He wanted me to send the piece with broken glass back to them! I protested and he acquiesced. He said to email a picture of the junk I received and I wouldn’t have to send it back. I sent the picture. 4 hours later I got a reply that they needed a jpeg picture of the item, the packaging and the box. Nothing I was told by customer service. So I did that. In that same order, another shelf was due to come in. I tried to cancel it due to my lack of faith in this company but was told it was enroute and to refuse ***** delivery. Of course ***** *ust left the box and now I am left paying for the return postage. We’ll see how quickly my refund gets processed. I’m not holding my breath. I will never do business with this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

      We are sorry to hear the item arrived damage. When an item is damage our warehouse requires pictures of the damage in order to issue a refund. Once when an item has shipped we are not able to cancel the shipment. We do show the refund for the damage item was applied today as well as the returned item for a total refund of $141.45. Which can take 2-3 business days to show your paypal account.

      I placed an order on March 10, 2024 order #23334100 and I still haven't received it. I tried calling and tracking the order but nothing. The email confirmation said it was in stock but at this point my guess is that isn't correct. I would love to hear from someone that works at Part Select.

We show an email was sent on 03/12/24 to advised of the item you ordered was in stock at the time of the order; however, when fulfilling the order there was an inventory discrepancy and the item went to a temporary backorder status. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Currently the items have not shipped to us from the manufacturer. Once received the items would ship out to you and arrive in 2-3 business days. An automated email will be sent to you to advise of this shipment.

      I ordered a replacement door for my microwave oven/hood on March 17. I cannot get a response from PartSelect, I cannot get anyone to answer a phone (I've tried 3 so far). I understand that the door was backordered, but I believe I have given enough time to at least have a progress report. Customer Service is non-existent. Very disappointed. All it would take to get them a decent review is for someone to answer the phone, answer an email (not the computer generated version), or somehow take responsibility for my almost $300 part. ******** ******

      I placed an order and the company sent me the completely wrong order for a fridge that I don’t even own. I have called numerous times with no answer. I have sent numerous emails and have not gotten a single response. This company is very horrible when it comes to customer service, but is very happy to take your money.
