      awful company to do business with few years back had purchased and installed 2 heat pumps in my building through a grant and i pay the rest out of pocket grant money came in almost immediately witch i forwarded to trinity right away meanwhile i was waiting for a refinance to be finalized to pay the little remaining funds owing.. this took longer than expected and i explained this to the company they got impatient so started calling my tenants harassing them for the money owed...this is illegal through crtc rules and consumer rights I called them and strongly voiced my concerns about there actions and they will get paid once the refinance is complete but instead of an algology the next day I got a call from ****** *** ****** " owner ,CEO and President" .aggressively wanting payment and claiming I was rude to his staff I called him back and said lets meet to discuss it he i an nasty tone question my man hood and said he was in the united states, I then hung up on him but he continued to call at least 30 times in the next 45 minute or so saying things like you are "gonna listen to me" "Iam not a bank" and "I would get his money one way or another" Phone harassment is a Criminal offence in Canada . Refinance came through and I paid the remaining balance in a couple of weeks. I then proceeded to file a consumer complaint about his company witch ******* **** ****** agreed with file number #****-trinity energy group I have never heard anything back from this so called company concerning an apology I the went on to contact ********** **** ****** whom the are on there list of companies a month or so later I got an email from ********** **** ****** saying they are investigating my complaint and would it be alright to use my name I said sure can . I assume they must have got there knuckles rapped
