  They moved me from Vancouver to Halifax and I can honestly say that it was a flawless execution. Steve estimated the weight of our goods (based only on a description) at 6000 lbs and the actual weight was 5940 lbs. This guy has some kind of super powers and/or decades of experience. Dispatch (Richard/John) had to accommodate a pretty specific timeline for us and pulled it off no sweat. The drivers (Ryan and Lizzie) were on time, friendly, and just super professional. Every single one of our possessions arrived on the east coast exactly how we left them, without a scratch. The reassembled everything that needed reassembly, placed it, and took off all within the space of one morning. Shout out to the local helpers on both coasts too. This company came recommended to me by a friend who did the same move last summer and his experience was the exact same and he had a much more difficult set of logistics to work with. Will I hire All-Ways again? Of course I will but I really don't want to move again for a very long time.

  I recently moved from Ontario to New Brunswick and was extremely pleased with their services, they arrived on time and delivered when they said they would and all my belongings were delivered damage free. The movers were very professional and had everything unloaded and placed quickly. The quote I received was what the charges ended up being no surprises.   I hired always mover to move from won't to BC spoke to Steve at always and he was wonderful. He did an inventory and quoted me an amount that seemed high. He quoted me on a lower weight. I choose to go with the higher quote so there were no surprises because as her said once the truck is weighed that is what I would pay. The moves came yesterday and Trevor and Eli we're fantastic. I still had a few odd and end t pick up and they were very accomidating. Trevor pointed out any loose items like chair legs and such a I was aware before going on the truck about the issues. They were prompt and extremely professional. Super nice guys as well. Eli even wrapped items for safety that could have been left as is. Trevor labelled all my boxes as items before putting them on the truck and gave me a complete inventory of what was picked up. I was quoted by many movers cheaper rates but when I read reviews there was a lot of negative reviews most concerning the actual cost over the estimate.

  Dealt with ****** and ***, they were great and kept me in the loop on the move from Vancouver to Toronto. I was charged exactly as quoted before the move. It took them about an hour and a half on each end to move my entire 1 bedroom apartment, and everything was handled with care. 100% satisfaction with the whole experience

  I used this company to ship our household property from Ontario to Kelowna. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I am beyond disappointed. The company used a sub contract driver named ******. When he arrived at our property, he was in a rush so we entrusted him that all our property had shipped. At the end of unloading and after he received payment, he mentioned that some of our things were damaged in Ontario and that he scrapped them as they were not strong enough to make the trip. Up on further investigation, there is a lot of our things missing a lot of which is very personal. If our property had arrived damaged, I could understand, but the fact that it did not arrive at all and we have to fork out more than $3000 to replace it is heartbreaking. I am extremely disappointed in this company and only wish that they had a ****** account so I could warn people there too. The fact that they don’t have a ****** review account should have been my first red flag. Please beware and use a more reputable company.

  I highly recommend this company. I've done two interprovincial moves coast to coast. Friendly, reliable and affordable. No hidden fees, my stuff arrived on time and intact. I have recommend this company to my old neighbor. He was also extremely happy with them. Nothing but good things to say. You won't be disappointed.

  When we decided to move across the country, from Ontario to Alberta, I did a lot of research into moving companies. I read hundreds of reviews, and the result was absolute terror. So many horror stories! When I spoke to Steve to get the quote, he did his best to allay my fears. He exuded confidence, and demonstrated both competence and experience. Reassured by our conversations, I made the decision to use Allways Moving. Boy, am I every glad that I did! Simon, our driver, showed up with his crew at exactly the time arranged to pick up our belongings. The crew in Ontario that loaded the truck was phenomenal! Everything was carefully wrapped and packaged. And the truck was loaded so professionally that there wasn't any chance that anything would move during the long drive west. They told us the date that they would arrive at our new place in Alberta, and they were off. We started out two days later on our own cross-country drive. Like clockwork, Simon and his Calgary crew arrived on the promised unloading date. And just as in Ontario, the crew was extremely professional. Everything was unloaded, placed in the correct rooms, and where necessary, reassembled. We did have one item that was damaged during the trip, and Simon compensated us for that on the spot. No need to fill out endless forms etc. If we were to move long distance again, I would definitely use Allways Moving again.

  Recommended by my daughter who moved to Alberta 2 years ago! So happy we used them too! From the moment we spoke to Steve to arrange the move, to having Trevor and his crew picking up, to dropping off, Everything worked to perfection! All the crew were very careful handling everything! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them ourselves!

  My husband and I moved from Kelowna, BC to Halifax, NS using All-WaysMoving. The decision to choose this particular company was based on your (BBB) A-rating. As we were shopping for a house in NS the move involved storage (which was supposed to be heated, as assured by the moving company's representative) and final delivery to our present home. Before departure from Kelowna we purchased an additional insurance from the moving company. They called it Valuation Premium as moving companies cannot legally sell their own insurance. Our belongings have been delivered on February 11th, 2022. Numerous valuable items were missing and some severely damaged due to poor handling (several pieces of furniture and a steam toaster oven +) and frost in an unheated storage (eg. 3 wall clocks, liquid supplements, etc.). Most of the problems were noticed and reported immediately during unloading, more discovered later. Calls and emails to the company's owner remained unanswered for months. When we finally got hold of him he referred us to the same person who had loaded our belongings on the moving truck at the starting point. This man was deciding what was covered, what was not and how much he was going to refund us for our losses, haggling along the way. No insurance company was involved, he paid us some money & it appears it came from his own pocket. This amount does not cover even a fraction of our losses. Almost 6 months later we are still waiting for 1 piece of crashed furniture, the only item that they agreed to repair. I would NOT recommend this company.

  Sorry we were not able to move you because of space issue on the trailer. we contacted another company that agreed to service your move in the process they missed placed a ladder and two boxes with what was described as 1 fork from a set 5 teaspoons 4 desert forks 4 knifes and pots and pans. Also a storage drawer that fits under a futon sofa was damaged. The carrier that did the move did send you 274.00 to buy a new ladder and also sent 350 to cover the two missing boxes. The drawer is still at the repair shop waiting on repair because no one could give us the make or model for replacement . The drawer will be delivered when its repaired.
