PropertyWorx provided a quote to me via ******** based on my property from ****** map photos plus I sent him additional photos of the current condition of the deck and fence. I booked an appointment for power washing for the whole house, deck and fence, about 3 weeks out from the current date as he was booked up. He rescheduled once due to equipment not working. So in total I waited a month for this service. He showed up for the appointment in Spryfield, Halifax (May 24, 2023). We walked around the house, chatted about the work and what the results would be. I showed him where the water hookup was in the basement - he knew this prior as I had sent him photos of the water hookup. He said it would take about 3 hours. I told him I'd be working upstairs and to let me know if he needed anything. Then he drove off and never returned!! He blocked me on ******** so I couldn't send him a message. I hadn't paid anything in advance, thankfully. I got the phone number from the website - he answered and then immediately hung up when I said who I was. How inappropriate and unprofessional for an actual business. If you don't want to do the work for whatever reason, say that, don't disappear without speaking to me.PropertyWorx

Hello, our employee was advised to leave that situation because there was discussion about pricing and additional work being added on by you without our approval or quoting for this extra work. We do not like to play games with customers and our employees are not able to make any changes or adjustments to pricing. We came to do the job that was quoted and at the price that was agreed upon.Review fromGerald S
