    Total Image Renovations did both a one room addition and a bump out of my dining room wall. They were very professional and communicated with us throughout the work. Work was beautifully done and we are enjoying our new spaces. Would highly recommend.

    Our 70+ year old home was stripped, insulated and sided by the company. Great company, hard working, honest and dependable crew. Easy to work with. Completely pleased and now no more painting one side every year. No hesitation in hiring for any future reno.

    Shawn and his crew were a pleasure to have on and in our home. This 50 year old house we recently purchased was in desperate need of a face lift, so these guys had a massive job to tackle - new metal roof, siding, windows, door, and a beautiful front deck covered by a gable end they extended. After much skillful hard work they delivered our vision. What I appreciated the most was the personable relationship we established with the team. Shawn genuinely believes in customer satisfaction by personally verifying the progress and end result of the renovations to ensure his high standards are met. I'll be giving him a call for future projects.

    Total Image Renovations is a top notch company and I highly recommend them. They have completed three different jobs for me and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They are professional, knowledgeable and a great group of guys. From replacing a window, installing a new patio door, and new flooring throughout, the results were amazing! I will definitely be calling them for my next renovation job. Five star all the way!

    Total Image Renovations (Kingston, NS)AWESOME ! For us, we have been dealing with renovations and new build contractors for years. This is the most professional, honest, kind, caring, punctual, respectful and clean contractor we have ever seen. Shawn Cox has a well trained crew and respectful crew. He always gave a date and time when he would arrive to complete a job and always, always on time. He does large and small projects. When we moved here we called 4 companies to a small job for us, one called back and said they would come when they had time, never showed. Second one sent someone to look at the scope of work who said this won’t take long, never heard from them again next one no show. Number 4 contractor showed up, 2 satin the truck for 45 minutes on their phone waiting for the actual carpenter to show up. Half hour job were charged a ridiculous amount of money. Mr. Cox was recommended to us and he is all we ever get There is a discount for seniors which we are now, which is extremely helpful with the economic situation in Canada. I could go on forever but you will never go wrong or be disappointed with this gentleman.

    Shawn and his crew are just great. They are on time, efficient. Shawn takes pride in the work and will do it over if it’s not to his liking . They installed new windows, steel doors. They also took out my bay window, added a patio door. Then they took out my old flooring found an issue underneath and fixed it immediately, put in new flooring. They are an awesome company, and I would recommend them highly, and I’m fussy! They also offered and donated their time and material and built me a small community pantry! These guys are great.

    These guys are fantastic. Not only is the quality of their work amazing, but they are easy to work with, they are knowledgeable, they have been flexible and so accommodating when plans have changed, or when something wasn't going to work as hoped. Friendly, and encouraging. Just all around a great company and even better human beings.

    We were so pleased with the work done for us by Shawn and his crew at Total Image Renovations that we've had them back to do a second job for us. Both times they did excellant, careful work, were very respectful of our space and cleaned it all up after. They even touched up a couple of things they noticed that needed a bit of attention. A new airtight entry door and a window that finally lets us enjoy our view was our first experience with Total Image Renovations. We had them back to put siding on my studio. We highly recommend Shawn and his crew!
