Do not take your dog to Pampered Paws Hammonds Plains. My dog is a 10lb poodle and he was picked up covered in severe diarrhea, shaking, limping and crying. It took a week to get him back to normal he was so afraid and sick. When I finally spoke to owner after they avoided at least 4 messages from me, she used the F-bomb and hung up in my ear. They said they didn't require proof of vaccines when I dropped him off and handed them my dogs vaccine record!! He was never on any web cams at all and shut in without going outside. I had to call before I could see him on camera and ask them to put him outside so I could see him. The night before I came home they called the incorrect emergency contact to say he was limping just before they closed. Then they didn't answer phone or return messages that I left over the following 15 hours. I was frantic!! This place needs to be investigated and shut down!
