  After being given the wrong information by another basement company, I called Aquatight and Brian immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. In a timely manner I now have proper drainage, a sump pump and a warranty. The crew worked efficiently, were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They also went over and above when it came time for the clean up. I highly recommend Aquatight Basements for your basement water problems as they are the experts!

  Highly recommend. They showed up on time and communicated what needed to be done. We had two cracks in our foundation walls filled in. They were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Honestly, the first positive experience we have had with a company since our basement flooded in July. Would 100% hire them again.

  I messaged Aquatight Basements through the contact form on their website at 5:30 am on a Saturday morning after being up all night trying to mitigate basement flooding. I was contacted by 8:45 am that same day, was visited by Jim within hours to assess our needs, discuss and sign a contract and had Brian at my residence Monday morning with a ready to install a sump pump and associated drainage systems. As a first-time home owner, they were transparent, answered all my questions and were willing to help me understand their work with patience and kindness and not once asked if 'my husband was around'. The regular updates about the status of their work, the fact that they were good with our dogs (we have 2) and the follow-up with the payment record made me feel confident and satisfied with the work that was done. I will not be going anywhere else.

  Brian and his crew were first class all the way. Did the job professionally, quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning up the area. Would highly recommend these folks for any of your basement needs.

  Had a crack in my foundation. Hired company through BBB quote system. Price was fair but didn't include rebuilding the wall they tore out. The guys did a great cleaning up. Unfortunately the leak didn't get entirely fixed. When I called back it was after hours and I was told they would call me back. When they called back I was told someone would come the next day. No one showed up and when I called back 3 days later it was after hours and the person was rude and didn't even take my information. When I called back during business hours I was told yep they need to come back out and then no one came again. Now I have someone who is suppose to rebuild my damaged floor and the crack hasn't even been repaired yet.

  We fully explained we did not put back the drywall in the very beginning and Mr hall agreed. Moving forward I have tried many times to take care of this still leaking issues by leaving many messages with no response.

  Great team to work with, very good and highly recommended. They did a great job sealing a section of our foundation, installing drainage and sump pump; and also doing an interior crack repair on exposed concrete in our (below grade) Garage wall. Very responsive, prompt and thorough, definitely highly recommended.

  We purchased a century home that needed drastic help as the stone basement walls were beginning to collapse. Brian and his team rose to the challenge, installing two interior retaining walls, a steel support beam, new footings and Jack posts, a drainage system and a sump pump. Our floors no longer bounce! 10 out of 10 would recommend. They answered all our questions and concerns along the way and we’re always friendly and courteous. Will be hiring again in the future for the other walls. They were also great with our dogs for the pet owners out there! ;)
