    Did not recieve the appraisal i paid for and they could not care less.even after being told this on multiple occasions nothing. their ********* is mind boggling and quite obviously unprofessional.Avoid if you dont want to be ****** *** *** **** ** *

    As we indicated in the emails we sent to you on July 16th and July 19th, the report was sent to you on July 1st, and re-sent to you on July 9th when you followed up stating you hadn’t received it. The email you sent to us on July 15th requesting a refund included a copy of the completed report attached to your email, which would indicate it was received. While there was a slight delay in completing the report, we communicated with you on June 25th and advised the reason for this and the timeframe the appraiser expected to have the report completed by, which you agreed to by reply email, and at no time during our interactions was an imminent deadline indicated to either the office or the appraiser. As also indicated in our email responses to you, the invoice which you paid on June 11th clearly states “Appraisal fees are non-refundable” and by paying the invoice you entered into a contract for these services, which we provided. At no time were you lied to or treated in an unprofessional manner and further accusations of such will not be tolerated.
