Over charges for services, refuses to be accountable for issues with their work, rude and unhelpful. Will never work with them again.

MRS Kent had an outstanding invoice from December for work we completed on her kitchen sink. Our technician snaked and cleared a plugged drain line. We had previously replaced a section of her kitchen sink drain and she thought that the plugged drain line was related. Our office sent an invoice and she did pay so we followed up for payment yesterday. She was upset that we called for payment and would not void the invoice. I called her personally and was not rude in the least.
