Refunds:
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that do not meet the agreed-upon contract terms. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion. Our team will work with you to resolve any issues, and if the project fails to meet the contract specifications, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Exchanges or Adjustments:
If any aspect of our construction or renovation service does not meet your expectations, we are committed to addressing and correcting the issue. We offer repairs, adjustments, or replacements where applicable, at no additional cost, as long as the concern is related to our workmanship and reported within 60 days of completion.
Non-refundable Items:
Please note that custom materials and special orders are non-refundable once approved and installed. Any changes requested after installation may incur additional costs.
