  We had a basement that had some water damage due to a storm in 2022 so we decided it was time to renovate the basement and staircase. Our experience with Case Design/Remodeling has been outstanding! We are blown away by the work ethic they had and how they kept things organized and ourselves informed on day to day tasks. They kept to the schedule and the contractors were extremely professional and friendly. They redid the staircase and provided a landing to the basement, renovated the floor on both sides of the basement with waterproof flooring and added a 3 piece vanity room with tile floor. New lights and pot lights were also added and made the space so much brighter. With the new lighter paint, it really makes the space more welcoming. We really appreciate all the work and professionally the Case Design/Remodeling Team has done and shown us. And we would without a doubt, request them to do renovations elsewhere around the house.

  Can’t sing our praises enough for the wonderful team at CASE and how great they were every step of the way especially with the endless questions we had! Site crew was punctual, organized , clean and very attentive to detail. Everyone at CASE was great to deal with! The process from start to finish was a wonderful experience, any questions or concerns we were able to talk it out with them and make a plan if the issue were to arise.

  CASE are not the cheapest, but they are fast, efficient and most of all very well organized. If you want a turnkey deal, they are worth the money. Their scheduling was tight, they kept us informed and responded to any questions. Their workers were efficient, quiet and made a point of sweeping up after themselves every day. Working on a hundred-year-old house you are going to have surprises. Anything that was found was brought to our attention and a change order was written and signed. A couple of times items we had discussed did not make it to their plans, but they quickly admitted this and it was added without cost. In general, dealing with them was a pleasure and we will use them again for our kitchen.

  The Case people were extremely well organized and very good with communications. Many friends have told me renovation horror stories. I have none to share. Yes, the service wasn't cheap. But this was very much a case of "you get what you pay for." I found the whole process quite enjoyable

  From the start Case Design was exceptional. Our bathroom renovation was almost 14 years in the waiting so we had a lot of time to think about what we wanted. The space was extremely small and Case met our needs beginning to end. The design was well thought out with regards to our financial ability and our ideas were met with support and sober guidance. When it came time to execute the work, we were lucky to have skilled individuals who took a great deal of pride in producing a beautiful renovation. Every effort was made to accommodate our particular needs at home when the renovation occurred. The custom tile work and tight working area were met as a challenge and not once did the team waiver. Every obstacle was handled professionally and courteously. When delays occurred, it was explained clearly what had happened and they always had a way to move forward. On the very rare occasion a mistake was made it was accounted for, communicated to us immediately and fixed quickly. The follow up with regards to the finished renovation has been fantastic. Any little things outstanding have been seen to and the lines of communication are always open and clear. The bottom line is this company is who you want to do your renovations. They are kind, courteous, skilled, and honorable, and worth every penny!

  Choosing Case was probably one of the easiest decisions I've made given that we were about to make such a huge purchase. Case and their team made the entire process easy and approachable for us - this was especially reassuring as this was our first major renovation project. From the initial walk through to our design choices to the selections meeting and then construction start, our design team and project manager were with us each step. The crew that showed up each day were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were just a pleasure to have working in and on our home. They respected the space and cared for it as if it were their own. We couldn't be happier with our outcome. The results are even better than we imagined and we will certainly be using Case for any future renovations.
