    This Company is a ****! Ordered a part over a month ago, and I keep getting the same lie. It's supposed to be a high demand item. ********.... it's a ******* handle for a table saw.

    We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. Checking on your order the item ordered was a not stocked item. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, the item was on backorder with the manufacturer and was taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. We do show your order was cancelled and refunded on 11/28/23.

    They are no better than the other parts supply website we shall not mention. One star is too good of a rating because it implies that at least some level of service was provided, when no services were ever provided nor was there any intent to provide any service at all. They immediately take your money then do nothing. YOU have to do all the work to find out they never even have the part you ordered. It never says on the web site the part is out of stock, and the confirmation email they send never says it’s on back order. You are given the impression from the jump that your order will arrive at your house shortly, but when said time rolls around YOU have to contact them to find out they never had the part to begin with. Then don’t take people’s money! People are paying for a service that you never intended to provide!

    We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. We show the item ordered was a special order item so we did not have the item instock to ship we had to order in the item from the manufacturer. We do show your order was cancelled and fully refunded on 08/23/23.

    We are experiencing higher than usual email and call volumes and are working to respond to all of our inquiries as quickly as possible! Checking on your order the item ordered was not a stocked item. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. . Currently the item has not shipped to us from the manufacturer. Once received the items would ship out to you and arrive in 3-7 business days. An automated email will be sent to you to advise of this shipment.

    I ordered a felt washer for my Breville coffee grinder and it fell apart as soon as it came out of the packaging. I contacted their support email twice to ask for a refund for the part and shipping and got no response. I have since ordered the part directly from Breville since I don't want to keep waiting on Fix to get back to me.

    Was under the impression that out of stock or special order items are to be ordered or I would be notified of when it’s in stock. Apparently my card was charged in January. We are now in May and got a shipping notification. Emailed them to cancel the order because even If I had been aware I was charged, it took about 5 months to have ready for shipment. Emailed them before it got shipped and received no response. Now I have an item for something I don’t even own anymore. I have gotten no response from this seller. As stated, I had no idea that I would be charged for the item, which means they held onto my money for 5 months. Seems a bit shady.

    We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. Once an order is placed the payment method is billed. Even if the item is on backorder. If for any reason you cancel before the order ships or if the manufacturer is no longer making the item you would be refunded in full. Once when a order ships we are not able to cancel the order. We have issued a one time refund for your order in the amount of $13.77 you will see back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.

    Order two plunger for my caulking glue gun. Been weeks and I haven’t heard any response back from them. No email replies and no phone calls answering? The only reason why I order it on this site cause it’s the only one that has my part and good review, but I guess it isn’t as good as what I thought people recommend.

    I ordered a part. I never received the item. I called and never can get through to a representative. It says "due to high call volume we have no representatives available. Please check the tracking information in your email." There is no tracking information link in the email I received.

Currently the items have not shipped to us from the manufacturer. Once when the item ships you will receive an email with the tracking details.

    ***** ******** wont give a prepaid return. Because I ordered it on-line. What thats not a business expense you right off at the end of the year. Internet search took me right to thier site. I dont know what they put in for search engines. So now i recoup half of my money. Must be ran by ******* company?
