      0 stars. They replaced our hot water tank 4 years ago. We stopped having hot water and called them thinking it was under warranty. They came and replaced a thermostat and element and then sent us a bill for over $400. They never gave us a quote or told us what could be wrong they just did the work. We understood it was under warranty (as discussed on the phone) until we received am invoice. For 2 days we had hot water. Then we went away on vacation for a week. When we returned we had no hotwater. When we called they told us the hot water tank would now have to be replaced. They came 2 days later. Replaced the tank and we still didn't have hot water. The guy came back told us it was the fuses and took them out and did some bypass job to our electrical panel. Then they sent us a bill for the labour. So now they expect us to pay for the first job which didn't work. We had hot water for 3 days and then went away. another invoice for the labour to install the 2nd tank and then I have no idea what they did with removing the fuses and doing a bypass thing but that could possibly result in another invoice if I ask them about that.
