    I had signed a contract with Terminix Canada in the fall of 2021. The reprensesative came to my door as a cold call They as, required by their contract, fulfilled their obligation in September 2021 and Jan, May 2022. I called on July 14 and left a message that there is ant infestation in one of the bedrooms in the house. I had tried various household products from Home Depot with no results. They called back and told me that the could not get here until July 20 as they would not be in the area until then. I believe that pests in the household require immediate attention, within reasonable time frame of 2-3 days. Customers beware of when you are signing contracts With Terminix. They come when get around to it if you called them back to re-treat areas after they have fulfilled their contract.

Our Technicians try to book any calls to fit their schedules and will fit their calls in the best they can to accommodate our customers but unfortunately during our busy season some calls get scheduled beyond our average booking time of 2-3 business days. Your comment about doing the call when we get around to it is an unfair comment as we do not treat our customers in this manner and our team is a great crew who do their best at this very busy time of year. let us know if you would still like our technician to come give you a hand with your ants.
