  Didnt qualify for financing so was told i had to add another name to my application… when i asked if it was for a cosigner the answer was “sort of”. Got another name added and the first red flag was the fact that i didnt have to sign any papers… turns out the financing was put in the other persons name and their name only. Called the lendor on contract and they had no information on me. The other completely different lendor will only speak to the other person on application and refuses to speak with me, the person who pays for the vehicle, the person whos name is on the registration, and insurance policy. They have my bank information and my information only. When the other person on application told the lendor it wasnt their vehicle and i was the one paying for it, they said “how do we know you arent sending them the money”? This whole situation is sketchy and anyone looking for reccomendations for a vehicle will ALWAYS be told to never deal with this business. To top it all off, i got the car and the mats reaked of cat urine, needed work done the first month of having the vehicle, and it was filthy when i was told it was “detailed”. Would never recommend.

  I purchased a truck from this company in 2017, come home one day to a repo man looking to take my truck. No payments missed since owning the truck. The paperwork the repoman had had a different registered owner. Which I found odd because all my paperwork bill of sale all have me listed as owner. Went to DOT only to find out that dealer had bill of sale in other buyers name. After contacting my lawyer she in turn realized that the person listed for said truck had a car purchased with Port City Auto. Calls went unanswered to my lawyer and they gave there lawyers information who in turn tells my lawyer he would look into it and avoided calling her back or returning calls. So long story short I let them take the truck and still 6yrs later still no response. And out all that money. The are ******** *** *** men. Want answers and no ******** run around.

  we got a quad from them and I was only supposed to cosign the loan. Here we are today finding out that the payments can only be taken from my bank account. They are ignoring us also, the worst part of this whole thing is the lender the associated us with we might as well have gotten it from Easy Home. it's embarrassing how they got us, * **** ** **** **** **** ***** *** **** **** ***** ********* ** *** ** *** ***.

  Finally fixed broken promises. The owner is actually so professional and went above and beyond when he learned I was geting very frustrated with other employees who I have learned have actually **** *****. Great decision. You can tell they are really working on their reputation and taking accountability to make things right. Definitely deserve great things in their future. Thanks again!

  This company sold me a car registered in somebody else’s name. They are avoiding all contact with me. I can not register this vehicle or drive it until this issue is solved. Radio was broken. Was not sent a spare key. Nothing.

  I purchased a vehicle from Port City and it was delivered to my home in Newfoundland. I took vehicle to a local inspection station and was told tires and rear brakes required replacement. Approximate cost 2000.00. I have not contacted Port City as yet. I am unable to register vehicle until repairs are completed. I would like some assistance as this company avoids contact after sale of any vehicle.

  Bought a vehicle from here less than a month ago. Recieved the car and the following day it was brought to the garage needing major repairs ( $4000). The same evening we recieved the vehicle, there was no heat, any air at all, check engine light and the car would not go into reverse. We were told to take the car to another garage which we did, they quoted port city and they refused to pay for any repairs. The car is now sitting at a hyundai dealership and we are unable to drive it due to issues with the car and the fact that we did not recieve any registration....this is not acceptable!

  Bought a vehicle off this Company haven't had it 6 months Altinator trouble. Called Company no help from them not under warranty. I feel this vehicle wasn't fully serviced when sold to us.
