The worst moving experience we've had. Overwhelmingly a large amount of items damaged. There was damage done to our furniture, the new property, our moving containers, nothing was off limits. Weeks later we were still discovering items that were damaged from the move. The manager handeling our claim, tried to minimalize the damage, didn't return any calls or respond to future emails, no apology, late for the first meeting, this went on for months. Our experience could be yours.
Two Men and A Truck

The move took place at the end of July. On Aug 1st our Manager drove to the customers home to review the items they advised were damaged, which among them was a claim that we damaged their heat pump. We waived the damage claim deductible, and later that same day, a heat pump technician was hired at our expense to attend the home and repair the heat pump. After leaving the customers home the heat pump technician contacted us to advise the heat pump was not damaged by us, and in fact it wasn't damaged at all. It simply had a clogged line, which he drained and repaired. We still covered the cost for this. We also hired a furniture repair specialist who attended the home on Aug 23rd to complete the list of repairs as per the customers claim., including several additional items that were not on the customers damage claim, but was asked to repair since he was there. We covered the cost of these repairs, including the additional repairs of items not reported on the damage claim.
