  To say Gauis and Cratec "saved our bacon" would be an enormous understatement! After trying to play "general contractor" and hiring contractors myself to renovate our main level half bath, entryway and kitchen we ended up having to fire the original contractor and scrambling to find someone to save us and Gauis was that guy! He was very sympathetic and worked hard to move our project along as quickly as possible; thank you! The work completed by Cratec was top notch. If and when I ever take on another renovation I will definitely hire Cratec and highly recommend this company for any of your building/renovation needs.

  I would highly recommend Gaius and the Cratec team for any construction/renovations. We had them for three different renovations on our home, inside and out, and were very pleased with their work. They have found ways to help us transform our house to keep us loving it!

  Cratec renovated our bathroom & the work was top notch. We couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Both Gaius & his crew were respectful of our home & the care they showed in completing the project was as if they were working in their own home. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

  We had a kitchen, dining room and bathroom renovation done with Cratec. We are really happy with the finished product. Although the renovation did take a bit longer than expected it was worth it. Gaius was always available when we had questions and responded quickly. The crew were professional, courteous and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They stayed on budget and that was very important. I would hire Cratec again.

  Cratec did a major addition to our home while having to stickhandle through all the supply shortages of the pandemic. Those problems slowed things down, but did not in any way prevent the work from being topnotch. It's not easy putting a modern addition on a 100-year-old home, but they made it all look and feel right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cratec for any renovation project or new build.

  Cratec has skillfully handled a number of interior and exterior home renovations for us over the last ten years. They do quality work and are a pleasure to work with. At the outset of any new renovation project, they map out the plan and budget so there are no surprises, and are in regular contact throughout to ensure the project is running smoothly. We also enjoy their ability to meet our needs for customized cabinetry. Overall, they are our contractor of choice!
