  Every person I have dealt with from the receptionist to the technician have been more than helpful. They are prompt, knowledgeable and are not trying to sell you something that you do not need. I use Sunshine for all my cleanings and this is the first time I’ve needed service. The technician came and diagnosed my problem within a half hour and told me exactly what I needed without trying to up-sale me. I would and have recommended Sunshine for anyone interested in getting a heat pump, they are great to deal with. * ***** ************* ****

  I spent time with four different HRM companies, and after three weeks of research, scheduled appointments, and discussions, I went with Sunshine to replace my old ductless heat pump. They were the most professional and thorough in their quotes and explanations. I found no controversies in their proposal, as in others, and their service staff were always polite and accommodating. Their charge for disposal of the old unit was less than with others, and they did not quibble or charge for moving the new unit over a few feet. The team came in like clockwork and were done within hours, including clean up, inside and out. A week later, when the thermostat was not hooking up to the wifi, they sent a technician, and voila, I'm now enjoying a well-balanced temperature adjustable from afar.   This is my 2nd time using Sunshine Renewables and it has been a great experience. The service and response back and forth has been quick and efficient. They just installed my solar and will be installing my heat pump in 2 weeks. Great company.
