    Ignite Energy and their crews completed removal of our oil tank and oil furnace, upgraded electric panel from 100 to 200 amp, installation of ducted heat pump, replacement of thermostat and even in our case (by our choice) had main electrical wires from pole to our home replaced from underground to overhead. The amount of co-ordination that was required for all these things to happen on time and in order was astronomical, but ***** Rose did it! From the initial quote to the finished work, ***** was there with expected timelines for it all. He guided us through the grant rebate programs being offered. This is what I would refer to as One Stop Shopping because ***** made it so easy for us. All the crews he had in our home were very friendly, polite and answered my husbands questions while they worked as he's an inquisitive man. There was no mess when they left and wouldn't know these workers had been in our home other than the changes that were done. Unlike many major purchases where you walk away wondering if you made the right decision with all the 'I should of' doubts, we didn't have any doubt at all. The decision was made easy to go with Ignite as all the questions and concerns we had were answered up front, honestly and all options were given so we could make the decisions with the correct information It didn't waiver at all during the job, a rarity these days! No question about it, I would recommend this company to everyone, and I do. The ********
