    I got a vehicle from ****** and It was a great experience! we had our first call around 10am Monday morning and my vehicle was delivered in pristine condition the same day. Its been a week and there is absolutely nothing wrong and he even followed up after the fact to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. 10/10 would recommend!

    They don't deserve a Star rating at all. My Wife purchased 2018 **** Explorer from them it was Delivered from Nova Scotia to our home in NewBrunswick 10:30 pm on a Friday night. we were in a bind for a vehicle shopping online was really only option living in a Rural area ßo she depended on Pictures in good Faith. Vehicle apparently spent 3 Days in a Garage for MVI. It was delivered with 2 Bad Front Struts that knock loud driving over small bumps or Cracked in the Road, Windshield wiper Blades were Worn out and I have had to add Engine Coolant Twice now since end of June for a small leak. My wife having to rely on a Few Pictures in good Faith was an unfortunate Mistake on our Part as the vehicle has a Damaged Combination key pad on driver Door we didn't notice in the Dark nor did she receive a Picture previously of it. She paid extra 700 dollars for 2 year extended warranty that we haven't received Combination of Coverage for. After Signing loan papers and being on the hook for $18000 dollar Vehicle costing 30000 after taxes and cost of borrowing you would expect a perfect Vehicle. Do not buy from them.

    I filled out an online application. The salesman called (416 629 zero633) and proceeded to confirm questions. When I questioned hard hits on my credit rating he gave me a gaslight answer and proceeded to continue on with questions. I interrupted him and stated I wanted to back up but he just kept pushing forward. When I interrupted him for the third time, I told him we were not satisfied with his answer and would not proceed. He promptly hung up on me. I called him back and asked him in a normal voice if he had hung up on me. "Yes" he replied. I proceeded to tell him he should have ender the conversation properly and not be ignorant by hanging up. He promptly hung up on me again. Excellent example of poor customer service that deserves not to be employed in a customer service industry. FAIL

    I applied and was approved for 2018 Santa Fe. I was told it would be gone over fixed with MVI and delivered to me in perfect working condition. It was picked up by the drivers at 2:30pm and delivered to me at 8pm Friday July 21, 2023. I took it out for its first drive Saturday only to find the backup camera did not work. Not only did it not work but the lens is completely caroaded. It started to sprinkle out so I turned the delay wipers on and they didn't work. I could only use a faster setting. (MVI clearly shows wipers failed). The dome light doesn't work and the auto start doesn't work. I called first thing Monday to report the problem. I was told to take it to a garage and get a quote to which I did and emailed it to them on Wednesday. Was then told I would hear from them Thursday. I did not. I was then told I would hear from the manager first thing Friday. I did not. I was then told first thing Monday. I have called and left a message and sent a text message. I'm still waiting. I'm not happy and I no longer want the vehicle. I have it 10 days now and drove it twice!! I want them to take it back.

    What has me a bit disgruntled, is this companies inability to answer and/or return phone calls as a profesional business. I got a car from them mid December 2022. Right from day one we could smell fuel. Thought it was normal (Sometimes filling the tank) The car was gassed up on arrival. We noticed gas leaking on our driveway within the first week. Had the car scheduled to be inspected early January with the Holidays. Mechanic told me it's a wonder you didn't have a bad fire while driving, and be seriously injured. The car was sent to me with a leaking fuel pump (very serious). If gas drips down on anything hot, like the muffler.... So, I thought ok, Carevo will reimburse me for this since it was an issue while being driven over to be handed to me (before ownership). When I finally reached the manager with Carevo he said, "We will reimburse you for replacing the leaking fuel pump". Wanted me to just send the invoice. So, I send the invoice to his assistant, and she comes back "I'm sorry, unfortunately we can't help in this situation. It's out of my hands". So, naturally I tried to reach the manager again, that assures me I'm going to get reimbursed for the fuel pump. I've made repeated attempts, and no answer from the manager. The assistant is not answering my texts. Where is my $700 for the new fuel pump that should've been fixed before I got the car? $700 repair the first week of ownership with a new vehicle is unacceptable.
