  Had winter tires put on front. Note: I get the bus to work everyday 8 days later one of my front tires flew off, I fortunately was not driving fast or on the highway The ask is to re torque within 80 kms.....did I mention I bus to work everyday...so 8 days later I lose a tire... Called **** at customer service and too bad so sad, I didn't re torque..... I didn't even drive the car every day ? There is nothing I can do because the re torque rule covers their a$$. So leaving the comment here for others to be aware and hopefully save someone else the problem After conversations with friends, I am told this has happened for others who have had their tires done at this location. Any damage to my vehicle is on me

  Thank you for your information Shawna. Having tires retourqued is a practice done at all tire shops and recommended by *** as always being done after every tire change. Prior to you leaving you signed that you would come back to have the the re tourque completed, we do have the signature. While we understand people are busy, this is the exact reason for the necessity of this practice being done, especially in our climate. A visit back as you signed for and agreed to would have alleviated this situation unfortunately.

  I had my vechile serviced for mvi andit cost $1650 for it to pass we paid it once my car came out the shop it shut off all lights on dashboard came on not even 3 months my vechile brokedown on waverly rd busy road with my grandson who 3 in vechile and i barely got it home got it towed back to shop and was told i ned 3 parts gonna cost almost 7 grand i just newly got it inspected paid out all that money how is this possible how could it been inspected if these parts were bad im upset and did like it for my to go car place but disappointed this car shouldnt have been inspected

  Hi Wendy. Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. When an MVI is done on a vehicle the issues that you have experienced with your Hyundai are not checked. As mentioned previously, there is a factory recall on the vehicle for this exact reason that you are experiencing. The parts quoted, if it was not covered by the manufactures recall, would be approximately $3,000 plus installation fees. $7,000 was never brought up. We still stand by checking with a dealership for recall assistance.

  Have check with dealers there is no recall on vin or vechile so i paid that much for to get my vechile safety and my 3 yr and daughter when in vechile when it broke down on busy waverly road have is this possible and no one noticed these partz were bad i came to your shop because i thought every thing was good after the inspection and now im out of broke down vechile with safety inspection that cant drive or use for work
