    This is a WARNING to anyone who googles the name: Oak & Stone Carpentry and Excavations this is the SAME OWNER of Defined Creations Carpentry & Renovations - he just created a new company under new name and he continues to provide to work. He also advertises himself on Facebook groups, by "recommending" his own company as a customer. I contracted him to do bathroom renovations, and had NO IDEA that he was Defined Creations Carpentry & Renovations. This fact was discovered by me months later, when I figure out he took my deposit and won't give it back since no work has been done. Basically - I paid him 9500$ to do NOTHING! He claims he needs that deposit non refundable to be able to contract his employees - BOGUS! He also claims he send me the contract before I paid the deposit which is NOT true - he only sent me estimate. I asked for the contract a day after I naively paid, and when I saw the deposit as non-refundable I was already doomed. My error - trusting this guys, was my error. I did NOT want to do any business with him, after I read Defined Creations Carpentry & Renovations's complaints, and I let him keep my deposit (didn't go to small courts) , but I want to WARN others - it is the same company, the same owner Defined Creations Carpentry & Renovations = Oak & Stone Carpentry and Excavations
