"Whatever you do don't buy new construction from them, specially if the sale of your current home is involved. Their sales Rep will lead you to believe that if you sell your current home with an extended closing - which means you won't get as much $ for your current home, cuz who wants to wait 5 or 6 months to move in - your new Provident home will be ready for you to move in by the closing date." ...
