"I am giving Havill a two star review because when purchasing my home and during my time in the park the service and communications were top notch, however, when it came time to sell the interactions could not have been worse. Not only did Havill not comply with their own contract by being so late in approving the purchaser of my home that I almost lost the sale and did lose $7250 to accommodate the purchaser and save the sale, but they also insisted that my sister, a 56 year old woman with chronic lung disease crawl under the home to find serial numbers that they have in the office but could not be bothered to open the file to get them."
