    I’d give a 10 star review if I could, amazing company to deal with! I have a couple mini splits with them and have never had an issue ! Friendly service, from everyone from the installers, girls in the office and the owners! Would so recommend Haywards to anyone !

    Horrible hvac company will not honour their warranty that I paid xtra for . I have a heat pump I have to make payments now every month that doesn’t work . Thnk you Hayward for this piece of ****

    Hello , This customer had a service call just over a year ago and never paid the service call invoice. He called and we did the work. Fast forward just of a year later they called again. We reminded them of the service bill that was also sent to collections. The customer refused to pay the past due bill. We told them once there account was paid we would be happy to come look at there unit. At this time he yelled , spoke down to and threatened staff members over the phone. Said he would ruin our company and post reviews all over etc. Later that day he saw one of our trucks working in another customers home he entered this strangers home and tried to fight another employee that was cleaning a customers heat pump. At this time we contacted the RCMP and a file has been started. We are not aware of this is a rug problem or mental health issue. We will be seeking legal action against this person should any other situations arise. I hope that BBB can see this is not a normal person and we could not do a thing else to avoid this. Posting this against our A plus reputation would have a negative impact on our company not deserved.
