      December 20th 2023 Back in October I wanted just the window glass installed… on a Gazebo window and they suggested a complete window unit Instead..so I went that route.…waited patiently over 2.5 months for delivery and all measurements asked for were given to the sales person ( I am Not a window guy) ..they are!! At no time did they ask for the thickness of the window, (1.5”) or tell me the window only comes only in 1 7/8” thickness or asked me to bring the old window in. The Window Doesn't Fit!! I am NOW out $145.00 due to No fault of my own because they won't return the window unit and I have to pay again, more money (to Another company ) for a window to be installed that; I wanted in the first place..due to allsco’s salesperson mistake not mine.. Again, A company with no accountability for their actions….. **Not good business sense or Customer satisfaction…** I will Never Buy again from Allsco Windows And Doors
