    I was manipulated and scammed into buying 2 hair pieces for $4892.00 plus tax. ***** ************ sale techniques are devious. I knew I was had when I checked the costs of similar items sold by Hairfax as well as other suppliers online.
    Upon receiving my first wig, I was asked if I liked it and if so, they would order the second one. At that time I requested that a second order not be placed and refund issued.
    Mr. ******** continued to insist I needed a second one. He finally agreed to a reimbursement and it took one whole month to start getting some money back.
    I had to go to the office 3 separate times to complete the process. He refunded me only 2302.50 (tax in). I told him I had expected an appropriate refund but I am now the owner of a $3000 hair piece. What a disappointing experience! It’s pretty bad to know you have been played.
