- CANCELLATION/Refund Policy for Individual Shorter Stays: for cancellations within 10 days of a scheduled arrival date, deposit is refunded but a $30 (+HST) cancellation fee is withheld. Modifications to a booking without advance notification can incur similar charges. If cancelling or modifying within 3 days notice, or if no-show, ONE NIGHT’S CHARGE (+HST) is applied. Failure to show for check-in will result in cancellation of said reservation and ONE NIGHT’S CHARGE (+HST) is applied. Early departures may result in original booking value being charged to the credit card on file or may not result in a refund if prepaid.
CANCELLATION/Refund Policy for Extended Stays (5 or more nights) and Groups (3 or more units): With less than 30 days' notice of a cancellation, the deposit is refunded, but a $30 (+HST) cancellation fee is charged for each unit concerned (room or chalet). If cancelling or modifying a booking with less than 10 days’ notice, or if no-show, ONE NIGHT’S CHARGE+HST will be applied for EACH UNIT CONCERNED. Failure to show for check-in will result in the cancellation of said reservation.
