May be returned, but must be in original form (cannot not be damaged or altered in any way or installed, etc.) but will also result in a 50% restocking fee.This includes but not limited to Windows, Doors, Interior Doors.These products are made for the job requested and reselling these items can take a long time.It’s the responsibility of the customer to sign off on any special-order product to ensure that is what he/she has requested.
As mentioned, this includes Interior Doors, as soon as they are pre-hung they become a special order product.
Most Siding can be returned for credit even though it’s a special-order product regular vinyl is in that category.On the other hand, some Siding is special order and cannot be returned ie: Celect siding from Royal.If you do return siding you can only receive the credit once Targetts receives it from the manufacturer.Siding companies have strict rules on the conditions of returns and that can only be determined from the siding company. - Business Categories
