    Not only are we dealing sky rocketing rates that NB Power is inflicting on us, I’ve tried reaching their customer service advisors on three separate occasions and have waited a total of 3.5 hrs before finally reaching someone. The level of service that this company provides is actually deplorable.

    NB Power states I used more than 800kw of power during the month of February than the month of January. This is impossible. I renovated my kitchen in December and January consuming far less power.- running chop saws, industrial air compressors, etc. NB Power is financially destroying its customers fr profit. Their bills skewed to appear as though they’re correct. Something needs to be done, this is a monopoly of power and there should be laws against it.

    Been having rediculous bills the last 4 months i caught encephalitis in october (brain infection) havent been able to work and ive been getting more than double my usual bills and double the kwh but it does not make sense i havent changes anything keeps going up even though its not cold i hope to god nb power gets sued and dismantled they deserve to burn for what they are doing to nb
