    We enlisted the services of Blue Crocus with the objective of managing our ****** Ads campaign and an overhaul of our website. After enduring four weeks of unfortunate misunderstandings resulting in our adverts not being activated, we chose to terminate our collaboration concerning ****** Ads management with Blue Crocus. Turning attention towards the aspect of website redesign, it was mutually agreed that we would provide a preferred design and their team would accordingly reshape our existing site. However, after a span extending six-and-a-half weeks, what transpired left us immensely dissatisfied - they unveiled a redesigned version that eerily mirrored the layout of our previous website; furthermore disappointing was discovering that content from our old site had been directly transferred onto this 'new' platform without discernible modifications or enhancements. Notably ambiguous were instructions from Blue Crocus suggesting restraint in employing the updated website for drawing potential prospects. This piece of advice appeared rather contradictory considering their social media communications openly applauding their prowess at designing websites functionally robust yet capable enough to generate promising leads.
