    Exceptional service by Vitaliy and his installation team. Production of the windows took much longer than expected due to the manufacturer so anticipate waiting 4 - 5 months depending on your needs but otherwise we are very happy with the results.

    Korsun windows exceeded our expectations in every area in sales, customer service, and in follow-up. The installation crew are all very friendly, polite, and extremely hard-working. We were very impressed to see how meticulous they were throughout the installation process and detail oriented with the final touches. We are very pleased with the final product, our new windows look stunning. We can see that their focus is on pleasing the customer, and the regular correspondence and transparent communication throughout was very much appreciated.     Kosun Windows was a pleasure to work with. I got quite a few quotes and was impressed with Vitaliy, his knowledge on the subject, the products, and his flexibility when discussing specifics. Everything was clear and concise. On installation day, I was also impressed by Vitaliy's team. They consistently checked in with us to ensure things were going as we liked, were pleased to answer any questions, and were very friendly. The windows look beautiful, we are confident in their work with the installment, and are very pleased with the entire process. We did a couple windows this time but I would be pleased to return to Korsun for the remaining windows as they exceeded our expectations.

They took the time to make sure the door was correctly installed and made sure the exterior of the door and trim blended seamlessly with the entrance of the house.     The crew arrived on time to start their work. They took their time fitting the basement windows and cleaned up all the old window frames, etc. afterward. The windows look terrific. I was also provided with information about the MB Efficiency program so that I could claim a govt. rebate on my new windows which are energy efficient. * ****** ********* **** ******** ***** *

    We are very pleased with Korsun Window’s product, price and installation. Korsun also appealed to us because they use a local manufacturer. We decided to use our existing wood casings and Max did a great job installing them on the new windows. ** ****** ********* ****** ******* * the installation crew and Vitaliy were great to work with.
