Thank you to Ivan, Faruk, James, and Dan from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. I just had a perfect installation of custom windows in our new home. As a first-time home buyer, I was afraid of making a large purchase of windows. Ivan helped with every bit of the paperwork and the rebate process. Great Company and Great Service! I had my windows and doors replaced 2021. The following year the weather stripping on one outside door ripped. They came and replaced at no charge. About a month ago I was taking one of my screens off and I bent it. I brought it to them and was prepared to pay to fix it but they fixed it at no charge. The windows and doors are easy maintenance, easy to clean, a very solid product with excellent installation. I just got all my windows and patio door replaced with Canadian Choice Doors and Windows. What a change from drab (small brown wood moulding) to larger white moulding and from condensation to dry, see through windows. Looking forward to a draft free winter. Adnan and Sergey arrived, organizing all the materials needed, got to work with such efficiency and great team work. They were very friendly and respectful, covering all the floors, vacuuming the dust particles and explaining their process. I so appreciate the professional and fine work they did. Yesterday, I had a sliding patio door installed by Canadian Choice Windows & Doors…I am beyond delighted!! Thank you Albert *****, at home office, for coming out and sharing your knowledge and expertise, to help me make this very important decision. Special thanks to my great installers Adnan & Serhii for their professional and flawless install! Especially delighted that Adnan was able to save and reuse my original trim! The window looks beautiful inside and out…can’t stop looking at it! I like that the lifetime warranty is transferable which is a value add, not just today, but, when I decide to sell. We had a great experience with Canadian Choice, Nikolay was professional, and exceptional at explaining everything regarding the quoting process, and followed up the day after our windows were installed to ensure everything went well, and provided all the necessary paperwork to request our grant. The manufacturing process was exactly how long we were quoted. The installers Peter, and Sergey were great, courteous, very quick, and very tidy, cleaning up after the installation of each window. We will be having the rest of our windows replaced soon, and we will be going with Canadian Choice again, overall, a great experience.Canadian Choice Windows and Doors

We just had 7 windows and 2 doors installed from this company an from our initial meeting with Nikolay to our installers Shane and Tyler, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The installation process exceeded our expectations. They were punctual, courteous and efficient. They respected my home, family and my crazy dogs. So far I have only dealt with Albert drawing up our contract, but he made the process so smooth that I wanted to leave a review right away. He was able to explain everything about the process clearly as well as provide values input on style and other details.
